Common questions.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. Your 14-day free trial starts the moment you register — full access to everything in the Growth plan, no payment information required.

What happens after the trial ends?

You'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data stays intact. If you don't upgrade, your account moves to read-only mode so nothing is lost — you can export everything.

Can I add more users than my plan allows?

You can upgrade to the next tier at any time. We don't charge per-seat overages — just upgrade when you need the higher user limit. Proration is handled automatically.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Monthly billing is flexible — cancel any time. Annual billing is charged once per year and saves you the equivalent of two months. Annual pricing: Starter $924/yr, Growth $1,884/yr, Scale $3,804/yr.

Can I import my existing parts and customer data?

Yes. All plans include CSV and Excel mass upload for your parts catalog. Customer and contact data can be imported via CSV. Our team can help with large migrations on Scale plans.

How does the Customer Portal work for my clients?

You send an invite from a contact record. Your customer creates a password and gets access to a branded portal showing their jobs, invoices, and a booking form — under your company name, not ours.

Is there a long-term contract?

Never. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Annual plans lock in the savings for 12 months. No cancellation fees either way.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is yours. We keep it accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation so you can export everything. After 30 days it's deleted from our servers.
